Soul Roots Wax Company is based out of Michigan and offers a variety of hand poured, small batch candles, room sprays and wax melts.

Our products are inspired to escape reality by taking you back to a special moment in time or place. We are focused on our craft of creating simple, clean-burning, soulful candles from our heart to your nose.

Each of our products are hand poured with heart and soul in small batches with using fragrance oils that are free from phthalates and Prop 65 chemicals.

Our candles and wax melts are made from 100% American grown soy wax and are free from paraffin and dyes.

It's our desire to share more soulful moments with others through the craft of slow burning, non-toxic candles, making emotional connections one sniff at a time.

Meet the Maker

Welcome, I am so glad you are here! My name is Shea, owner and maker behind Soul Roots Wax Co.

The roots of our craft started in 2015, after taking a candle making class while living in Chicago.

In 2018, I decided to turn my hobby into a business and Soul Roots Wax Company was born. During this time, I had relocated to Michigan and was a newlywed. Then in the Spring of 2019, my husband and I welcomed our twins, Karson and Kennedy.

Since becoming a wife and mother, I became more conscious of what products we used in our home. Little did I know, that most commercially made candles are made with paraffin wax, dyes and other toxic materials.

This inspired me to create honest, eco-friendly, non-toxic and clean burning candles.
